Baby it's cold outside


2/3 Cup sliced carrots 1/2 Cup dices onions 2 garlic cloves, minced 3 cups fat free broth (beef, veggie, chicken) 1 1/2 cup chopped cabbage 1 Tbsp Tomato paste 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp basil 1/2 cup diced zucchini


In stock pot drizzle Evoo and saute carrots, onion and garlic for 10 minutes. Add broth, cabbage, tomato paste and spices. Bring to a boil, add zucchini, lower heat, cover and simmer around 15 minutes.
