Pumpkin Mousse

Silky Smooth Goodness | Inside and Out


1 package Silken tofu 1 Cup of Pumpkin Puree 1 Tbsp Vanilla extract 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup 1 Tbsp Pumpkin pie spice


Put all ingredients in blender and whip till mixed and creamy. Portion up in individual servings 1/2 cup each. Place in fridge for at least two hours. Top with Fat free whip cream.
