Protein Packed Pizza

Chicken Pizza Crust

Ingredients: 1lb raw ground chicken breast 1/4 Cup of Parm Cheese 1/4 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese (low fat Part skim) 1/2 tsp Dried Basil 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl. Mix till combined with hands or spoon. Line pizza pan with foil and spray with Pam. Mound chicken mixture onto pan and flatten out using plastic wrap and a rolling pin or your hands till even. Remove plastic wrap and cook in oven for 12-15 minutes. Top with your favorite toppings and put back in oven till cheese is bubbly about 6-10 minutes. Delish.
