My new Sunday morning breakfast, YUMMY
2 scoops of Isalean Protein Powder 1 cup Egg whites 1/4 cup Strawberries, sliced 1 dollop Greek yogurt (optional)
1 Tbsp Maple syrup
Preheat a nonstick skillet over med heat
Whisk together egg whites and protein powder, I use my Ninja blender. Pour 1/4 cup of mixture in the skillet and rotate around to spread the batter thin. Cook both sides until lightly browned. Top with fruit, yogurt or Maple syrup.
