1 lb ground ground turkey or chicken, I use venison sausage 1 bag dry coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots) 5 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred) 1 teaspoon ginger sliced green onion Bag of baby spinach 1 Tbsp sesame oil
In a large, deep skillet, brown meat or sausage. Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine garlic, soy sauce, and ginger; set aside. Set meat aside and sautée coleslaw mix in Tbsp sesame oil for about 3-4 minutes. Add in spinach and cook till wilted. Add in meat and sauce and stir till mixed all together. Serve with green onions on top.
