
Easy Coconut Macaroons

Easy, no fuss recipe that is healthy and delish.
Ingredients 3 egg whites
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla
Pinch salt
2 cups sweetened shredded coconut, packed
Directions Start by whisking together the egg whites, maple syrup and vanilla until foamy.
Next, add a pinch of salt and the 2 cups of sweetened shredded coconut. Combine until you have a stringy texture, let sit for 10 minutes.
Using a scoop or a couple of spoons, pop the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
You should have room for about 20 Macaroons.
Place in a 350 Degree Oven for 15 -18 minutes. Rotate your pan at 6 minutes and check after 15 minutes.
Remove from oven when they are toasty and golden.
Cool completely before peeling from parchment paper and enjoy!
