Chocolate & Peanut Butter Mug Cake

Who likes to eat cake for breakfast, lunch or dinner??? My favorite go to recipe when I'm craving something sweet but want to stay on track with my nutrition.


2 Scoops of Isalean protein powder

1/3 cup of water

1/2 TBSP All natural peanut butter


1. Mix powder and water in a coffee mug stir till smooth. 2. Drop peanut butter into middle of batter. 3. Microwave for 1 minute and check to see if done. Do not cook longer than 1 minute 30 seconds. 4. Enjoy, eat it right out of the mug. You can also top with fresh fruit and greek yogurt. I love mix mine up and leave out the peanut butter and add maple syrup to the top.
