Fast, Delicious, & Healthy
4 chicken breast, whole 1 onion, sliced 3 peppers, 1 red, 1 green and 1 yellow or orange, sliced 1 jar of Newman's own salsa.
Take 1/4 cup of salsa and put on bottom of crock pot. Layer 1/2 peppers and 1/2 onion. Place chicken on top and layer with rest of onion and peppers. Top with remaining salsa. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Take chicken out and shred it with a fork, add back in and mix. Serve with soft tortilla wraps or I use Butter lettuce for a wrap. Top with avocado and lite cheese. Enjoy.
